Registration & Fees

When is the forum?

The forum begins Wednesday, April 29th at 8:30 am, and ends Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 3:30 pm. Add the event to your calendar.

Is there a fee to attend?

Yes. The registration fee for participants is $275 with a student rate of $175. This fee includes breakfast and lunch on both conference days, a welcome reception with light hors d'oeuvres on Wednesday night, meeting materials, and wireless Internet access in the main meeting room. Do I have to register?

Yes. Anyone planning to attend at the conference needs to register through this online registration site. We will use this information to plan meals and space. Begin your registration here.  

I am a presenter. Do I need to register?

Yes. All speakers and presenters need to register through this online registration site.  The registration fee will be waived for the primary presenter only.

I am bringing my family, spouse, or traveling companion. Do they need to register?

No. This registration is only for attendees, presenters, staff and others who will attend the forum. Space at the forum is limited. Family members and traveling companions are welcome to join us at the evening reception on April 29, 2020 at 5:00 pm.

Can I invite others to attend?

Yes, provided you or they have the resources to cover the cost of their hotel and transportation needs. There are a few ways to invite others to attend. You can invite them by sharing the link to this Registration Site, or by emailing onoj@nnphi.org to request an invitation.

Can I get a refund on the fee if I cancel my registration?

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be received via email to Brittany Bunn at onoj@nnphi.org. If the cancellation request is received on or before April 17, 2020 you will receive a refund less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after April 17, 2020.  If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place.

Hotel & Transportation

Where do I stay?

We have a block of rooms at the Casino del Sol, where the meeting will be held. We advise you to make travel and accommodation arrangements as soon as possible since flight rates may rise closer to the event and hotels can be very full during this period. How do I make my room reservation?

During the registration you will be asked if you’d like to reserve a room.  You must complete the reservation during registration.

A discounted rate for ONOJ participation is available through April 3, 2020 on a first-come, first-serve basis. The group rate of $129.00 (plus 12.1% tax) per night for Standard Rooms. The rate is offered three days pre- and post-meeting dates, based upon availability.

A credit card is required to make the reservation.  You will not be charged until the Forum, or according to the hotel’s cancellation or no-show policies.

Can I make my flight arrangements through the registration website?

No. You will need to make your own travel arrangements. You may want to check with your colleague to coordinate travel plans.  More information can be found on the Hotel & Travel page.

How do I get there?

Does the Forum cover the cost of my hotel room and airfare?

No. You will be responsible for you travel expenses, unless other arrangements have been made.

What is the forum attire?

Business casual. Room temperatures may vary so we suggest you dress in layers.
